Before making a payment, customers must verify that the products, quantities, and prices shown in the order match their expectations.

All prices are displayed in EUR including VAT. Delivery charges (if applicable) are calculated and shown separately before payment is completed.

Products are sold at the price valid at the time of order, except in cases where an incorrect price is displayed due to a technical error or system malfunction.

Orders must be paid in full immediately. Once payment is received, the order is considered submitted and will be processed.

Kosterlatvija.lv will send the customer an automatic email confirmation of the order. If the customer notices any errors (e.g., incorrect items or quantities), they must contact Kosterlatvija.lv support immediately at info@kosterlatvija.lv.

If, after placing the order, Kosterlatvija.lv is unable to deliver the ordered product or quantity, the company reserves the right—in consultation with the customer—to substitute the product with an equivalent item.

If the product cannot be replaced or substituted, the customer has the right to cancel the order, and the payment will be refunded to the customer's bank account within 14 business days. 

Kosterlatvija.lv also reserves the right to cancel the order by notifying the customer and stating the reason. In such cases, any payments received will be refunded within 14 business days.
